More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the images.

Additionally included in this new image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying various sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.

More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
